Pacific Hospitality and Culinary Academy had organized 5 days Hospitality Training Program for St. Lawrence College in the college premises from 10th December, 2017 to 14th December, 2017.

The 5 days Hospitality Training Program provided training to 135 students from +2 (Higher Secondary Education) Year 2. We had arranged for specialized 1 Day training program for each Front Office, House Keeping, Food Production and F&B Service Departments. The five days training program also included a session for Bar and Beverage.

It was an extensive training program that focused on giving the students an insight to the world of hospitality. We had arranged for instructors and lecturers with great expertise in each department, respectively. These instructors and lecturers have been working in their field of hospitality for years now so they are highly experienced professionals.  The college had also provided the students with breakfast and lunch during the 5 days training.

I am very glad to have been a part of this training program. It was wonderful meeting all the staffs of PHCA. I am very grateful to them for putting together this training program. I learned a lot in a very short span of time and got a better understanding of the term “hospitality” and what responsibilities and duties come with it!
